We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with anyone. We only require a contact number so we can tell you if there's any problems with the order, and an email to send your order confirmation.


Any quanity discounts are automatically taken off the individual product price as you order, but please note that they do not show as a separate line on the checkout. If you check back at the original price, you'll see what I mean!

Delivery Charges

Mainland England and Wales, and lowland Scotland - Free Carriage by courier from the manufacturer

We reserve the right to alter these displayed charges after order completion in the event of an incorrect delvery location selection. Delivery is by courier.

Highlands & Islands: The couriers do impose a surcharge for some areas of Scotland, including Highlands & Islands (and yes, some are contentious, we know!). Affected postcodes are:

AB 31-38; AB 40-56; IV 1-28, 30-32, 36, 40, 52-54, 63; KW 1-14; PA 21-38; PH 4-41, 49, 50; BT; HS; IV 41-49, 51, 55, 56; KA 27, 28; KW 15-17; PA 20, 41-49, 60-78; PH 42-44; ZE

The delivery charge will be £12.99 for the first package up 27kg, and addditional charges for extra packages.  

Actual delivery times will depend on carrier used, and delivery address but are normally 2-3 days (or 3-5 for economy rate). Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take one or two days longer: Delivery proccessing is only carried out between Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

If your order is not with you within 4 working days of placing it then let us know and we can chase it for you with the couriers.

Northern Ireland: Unfortunately, because of Brexit the couriers are not able to deliver pet food at present to NI (it contains animal products!)
The manufacturer is trying to work out a way to make this happen, but that may take some time.

Delivery Address / Can we leave it? / Damages

To enable the food to be delivered to the correct address (or any subsequent change to the delivery address which we have agreed) you must supply us with a full, complete, and correct delivery address and a contact phone number for the courier to use should there be a query.

If you are out, and in the absence of a signature, most carriers will leave a card for you to contact them and rearrange delivery. However, if there's somewhere the food can be safely left then let us know, and this can be added to the delivery instructions.

Do make sure that the food can be left somewhere safe and preferably out of sight. Our responsibility (and that of the courier) ends once the parcel has been accepted and signed for, or left in a safe place according to your instruction.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for food that goes astray once delivered or left where requested and stolen!

Also be aware that it is left without a signature then we cannot claim a refund from the couriers for any damages and pass this on to you.


If the food arrives damaged then you have a right to refuse it, or sign the drivers tablet to the effect that you're accepting but goods are damaged (we can then claim a refund on your behalf!)

You must however notify us of damages as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery if we are to put in a claim with the courier.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice and at our discretion. It is your responsibility periodically to review this page for updates to these Terms & Conditions, which shall come into effect once posted. Your continued use of the Site will be deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Statement.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

All returns must, in the first instance, be notified to us within 7 days using our Contact Form.
